If you are shipping to a friend or family member, please note that the shipping address is entered before the billing address. In the billing section of checkout, there is a selection to enter a separate billing address if applicable.

If you do not see shipping options after entering the shipping address, please make sure all required fields are filled in. You will not be able to see shipping options unless all information is entered.

If you do not have a "Place Order" button at the bottom of the cart, please make sure you scroll up to see if any required fields are empty.

If you click "Place Order" and the screen does not display your order number, scroll up to the top of the cart page to look for any error messages, one or more of the items in your cart may have gone out of stock since you started shopping.
