Points & Perks is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time you shop in store or online! All members can redeem points and earn access to exclusive online benefits like birthday gifts and special offers. Members can also earn points for following us on social media and referring friends.

Points & Perks for online orders officially began on September 19, 2022. Any online purchases made prior to this date will not be awarded points. Program last updated July 02, 2025.

You must place your order with the same email address under which you're earning points. You do not necessarily need to be logged in to earn points.

It's simple. Earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. For example, if your product subtotal is $120.75, you will earn 1,207 points. You can also earn points for referring a friend or on your birthday!

This is an online-only referral program. To qualify, send your friend the referral link from your account widget — they must use that link to create their new Naples Soap Company account online.

Once they sign up, they'll receive a $10 coupon off their first order (not applicable to promotions or discounted items), and you'll earn 1,000 points for each successful referral.

Please note: In-store sign-ups do not qualify for referral points. Referral links must be used.

You can redeem your points before the checkout process by following these steps:

1. Log into Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your customer account to access your points.
2. Open the Rewards Widget: Click "Ways to Redeem" then click "Redeem."
3. Choose Redemption Amount: Use the slider to redeem the desired amount of available points, either $10, $20 or $30 as available.
4. Apply Your Discount: Click "Apply" for the point redemption code to be added to your cart. Once you select "Checkout" in the cart, you should see your discount.

What if there is an error applying the coupon?

Some items and promotional time periods are ineligible for coupon use. Please reach out to Customer Service with any issues redeeming your points.

What if I don't check out, what happens to my points?

Points are deducted when they're redeemed into a coupon code. The Rewards widget will keep track of all the coupon codes created. You can copy and paste the redemption code back into your cart if you don't check out right away.

Open the Rewards Widget, select "Your Rewards" and the list of created coupon codes will be available to use.

No! Your points do not expire.

If you've redeemed points into a coupon code and decide not to place the order, that coupon will remain valid until you're ready to use it! Find it under "your rewards."

Points are awarded within 24 hours after you make a purchase.

It’s free to enroll! When you create an account on www.naplessoap.com and place an order, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Points & Perks Program. You can also enroll by providing your email address when making a purchase in stores!

Yes. You can earn rewards online and in stores. Points cannot be earned by purchasing Naples Soap Company products from our authorized resale partners.

Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and shipped. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. If you have additional questions about points, please contact our customer support team at info@naplessoap.com.

Birthday points are available for new accounts 30 days after you enroll in the Perks & Points Program.

If you've entered your birthday within 30 days of the date, your points will be awarded 30 days after you enter your birthday. Otherwise, points are awarded on your birthday.
