DEANNA WALLINÂ FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Deanna Wallin is a trained nurse turned skincare pioneer. Her mission began by helping people who suffer from chronic skin issues such as eczema and psoriasis and has since expanded into a very successful skin and hair care business for all users seeking higher quality, clean ingredient products. A Southwest Florida native, Wallin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Barry University. She earned her LPN certification from Lorenzo Walker Technical College and worked in the healthcare industry for 15 years. She has earned numerous professional and business accolades including:

CAROLYN THIELMAN, CPA, FRACTIONAL CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Thielman joined the Company as Fractional CFO in August of 2025. In this role, she oversees financial planning, capital allocation, cash flow management and operational efficiencies for Naples Soap Company, and will play a crucial role in the Company’s growth acceleration. Carolyn previously worked at Estée Lauder in senior-level financial roles for global brands including MAC and Smashbox Cosmetics. She has guided emerging companies through complex financial landscapes by aligning disciplined financial management with ambitious growth objectives. She has taught business and finance at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) University and mentors entrepreneurs through the Women Founders Network. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY.
