If your order was shipped via FedEx, please contact the carrier directly to start a package trace if you have not done so already. From the FedEx website, search your tracking number and click the link to report the missing package (under manage delivery) to enter your contact information. If after 5 business days they are unable to assist you, please email info@naplessoap.com
If your order was shipped USPS, please contact the post office that had the package last. Again, if they are unable to assist you after 5 business days, please email info@naplessoap.com
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your order. Every so often, the mail carriers will mark the packages as delivered incorrectly. They are typically delivered within the next 1-2 business days. If your package does not arrive within 3 days of being marked delivered, please contact us at info@naplessoap.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to help!
