Points & Perks is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time you shop in store or online! All members can redeem points and earn access to exclusive benefits like shipping discounts, birthday gifts and special offers. Members can also earn points for following us on social media, leaving a product review and referring friends.
Points & Perks for online orders officially began on September 19, 2022. Any online purchases made prior to this date will not be awarded points.
You must be logged in or create an account online in order to earn points on your online purchases. If you check out as a guest, you will not be rewarded any points for those orders.

It's simple. Earn 10 points for every whole dollar you spend. For example, if your product subtotal is $120.50, you will earn 1,200 points. You can also earn points for referring a friend or on your birthday! Please note, you will not earn points on taxes or shipping.

Your friend will receive 1,000 points for placing an online order over $50 within 14 days of filling out the referral registration form.
Once her/his order ships, YOU will automatically receive 1,000 points.

You can redeem your points during the checkout process by following these steps:
- Log into Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your customer account to access your points.
- Proceed to Checkout: Add items to your cart and navigate to the payment page.
- Select Redemption Option: Right above the coupon box in checkout, there should be a dropdown menu with your reward redemption options.
- Apply Your Discount: Once you select your desired discount, it will be applied to your total at checkout.
What if I don't see the redemption options?
If you do not see any redemption options at checkout, please check the following:
- Ensure you are logged into your customer account.
- You should see a bar containing your points total at the bottom of this page. Click this bar to redeem your points, then copy and paste the coupon code into your cart.

Yes, your points expire after 24 months of account inactivity. If you do not make any purchases or engage with the store during this period, your points will no longer be valid.
Points are awarded after your order has shipped.
It’s free to enroll! You are automatically enrolled when you create an account on www.naplessoap.com, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Points & Perks Program. You can also enroll in stores!
No. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange free products unless your products arrive damaged.
Yes. You can earn rewards online and in stores. Points cannot be earned by purchasing Naples Soap Company products from our wholesale partners.
Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and shipped. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. If you have additional questions about points, please contact our customer support team at info@naplessoap.com.
Birthday points are available for new accounts 30 days after you enroll in the Perks & Points Program.
If you've entered your birthday within 30 days of the date, your points will be awarded 30 days after you enter your birthday. Otherwise, points are awarded 5 days prior to your birthday.

Step 3: Enter your birthday in the date field and click "Save".
After your friend makes their first online purchase of $50 or more and their order ships.
