Address Requirements: Please provide a United States Postal Service-validated mailing address located within the United States at which to receive your order. If the shipping address you provide is not valid, we will contact you to obtain a valid address. If we cannot verify the address within 5 business days of order placement, your order may be cancelled.

Shipping Timeline: Most online orders ship within 48 hours after being placed. Keep in mind that timeline may be extended due to inventory error or during peak times such as Christmas, other gifting holidays, and/or weekend sales. Depending on your location, orders usually arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped in the continental US but is not guaranteed. Alaska, Hawaii and other territories may take longer. Please refer to the ETA provided on the Carrier’s tracking page.

Expedited Shipping: Our standard method of shipment is USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping is available online. Expedited orders usually do not ship the same day they are placed; they will be fulfilled the next business day. Please reach out to customer service via info@naplessoap.com with any questions or concerns with this shipping method.

Shipping Cost: Orders under $50 use current shipping rates through USPS. The carrier calculates these rates based on weight and distance from Southwest Florida. During the check out process, your actual shipping rate will be displayed. Orders over $50 after discounts and coupons qualify for free shipping!

Multiple Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to split one order to ship to multiple addresses. A separate order must be placed per shipping address. Each order is subject to separate discount eligibility.

Delayed Shipments: The transit updates and estimated delivery date of your package are provided by the carrier. We do apologize if you are experiencing a delay of your package in transit. Please allow 10 calendar days for your package to be delivered.

Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is about 2-5 business days from the time the order is fulfilled for shipment. Please note, this timeframe is not guaranteed. Occasionally, carriers may miss a scan or unintentional logistic delays may occur, especially during peak times of the year.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of shipment, please email us at info@naplessoap.com to let us know your package has not arrived, along with your order number and a confirmation of the shipping address. At that time, we will submit a service request so the carrier can look into your package status. This may take 3-5 business days or more for resolution. If it is determined by the carrier that your package is lost or misdelivered, we will issue a one-time replacement.

Shipments marked Delivered: Please allow 10 days for final delivery of your order. Every so often, the mail carriers will mark the packages as delivered incorrectly and they are typically delivered within the next 1-2 business days. If your package does not arrive within 3 days of being marked delivered, please contact us at info@naplessoap.com with your order number and a confirmation of your shipping address and we'll be happy to help!

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any orders internationally. If you have friends or family with a United States address, we suggest shipping your order to them so they can forward it to you.
