My point redemption coupon code was removed from my cart, but my points did not restore to my balance?

Don't Worry! You won't lose those points.

When you choose to redeem points and the coupon code does not apply to your cart, please locate the coupon code in your Rewards History and copy/paste the code back into your cart.

Step 1 - Click on the Rewards widget in the bottom left corner of naplessoap.com

Step 2 - Log in if you aren't already

Step 3 - Click Your Rewards to find your coupon code and follow the prompts to add it back to your cart. 

Please note, your point redemption coupon code may not be applied to certain gift sets, items already on sale, on top of bundle deals, or in addition to any other coupon code.
