Upon submitting your order, our system will ping your account. If the billing address or card information entered on the website does not match what is on file with the bank, or if our system suspects fraud, the order will not process or may be automatically cancelled.
Please go back to your cart and update the billing address, specifically double check your zip code. Any pending charges you see on your bank or credit card account should fall off in a few business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation number, your order did not go through and ultimately you will not be charged.
If the charge does not fall off, please reach out to info@naplessoap.com with the exact transaction amount and date it posted to your account so we can look into it for you.
