Order change requests need to be made immediately upon discovery of an issue with your order. If you can advise us before 7 AM EST of the next business day after placing your order, we will likely be able to make a change to your order.
Please be advised, order change requests cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances that may arise outside of our control, but we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
