Points can be earned in increments of 10 points for every $1 spent. Each 1000 point increment equals $10 you can redeem on any future order. Apply your Points at checkout in the coupon code box at cart or checkout.

Make sure to enter your birthday in your Point & Perks widget settings! Five (5) days before your birthday, we will add 1,000 points to your balance and send you a notification email. Birthday points are available for new accounts 30 days after you enroll in the Perks & Points Program. Check our FAQ below with instructions on how to add your birthday to your profile.

Points & Perks is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time you shop in store or online! All members can redeem points and earn access to exclusive benefits like shipping discounts, birthday gifts and special offers. Members can also earn points for following us on social media, leaving a product review and referring friends.

How does the Points & Perks Refer-a-Friend program work?
Love Naples Soap Company? Want to share the love AND earn points, too? Copy and paste the referral link from your Perks & Points widget account and share with friends and family!
Your friend will receive 500 points for placing an online order over $50 within 14 days of filling out the referral registration form.
Once her/his order ships, YOU will automatically receive 750 points.

How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed by selecting an available discount from the Redeem option located in the lower left corner of your screen. From there, you can select to redeem $10, $20, or $30 off your next order depending on your balance.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points do not expire!
If I don't use my coupon code, and I cancel it or it expires, can I get my points back?
Your points will be restored to your Points & Perks accounts after your one-time unique coupon code is either canceled or expired.
I removed my loyalty rewards coupon code from my cart, but my points did not restore to my Points & Perks balance?
You can cancel the coupon code inside the Points & Perks widget (under Settings, History) or wait for the coupon code to expire in order for your points to be returned to your account balance. After cancellation or expiration, it may take up to 24 hours for your points to be fully restored. Your redemption coupon codes can be canceled in the widget by clicking "History" and selecting the desired coupon code and selecting "Cancel."
I just made a purchase, and I don't see my earned points?
Points are awarded after your order has shipped.
How do I enroll in the program, and is there a cost?
It’s free to enroll! You are automatically enrolled when you create an account on www.naplessoap.com
, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Points & Perks Program. You can also enroll in stores!
Are my free gifts refundable or exchangeable?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange free products unless your products arrive damaged.
Can I earn points for buying your products in a Naples Soap Company store?
Yes. You can earn rewards online and in stores. Points cannot be earned by purchasing Naples Soap Company products from our wholesale partners.
When do I see my point adjustments?
Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and shipped. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. After your friend makes their first online purchase of $50 or more.
Can I redeem my points and use a coupon at the same time?
You can only use one coupon code, per transaction. Your Points & Perks are redeemed on your order as a coupon code, so you will need to choose just one coupon for redemption.
