What are Points & Perks?
Points & Perks is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time you shop in store or online! All members can redeem points and earn access to exclusive benefits like birthday gifts and special offers. Members can also earn points for following us on social media and referring friends.
Where are my points? I checked out as a guest.
You must be logged in or create an account online in order to earn points on your online purchases. If you check out as a guest, you will not be rewarded any points for those orders. Please contact Customer Service with questions regarding missing points via email: info@naplessoap.com

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points before the checkout process by following these steps:
- Log into Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your customer account to access your points.
- Open the Rewards Widget: Click "Ways to Redeem" then click "Redeem."
- Choose Redemption Amount: Use the slider to redeem the desired amount of available points, either $10, $20 or $30 as available.
- Apply Your Discount: Click "Apply" for the point redemption code to be added to your cart. Once you select "Checkout" in the cart, you should see your discount.
What if there is an error applying the coupon?
Some items and promotional time periods are ineligible for coupon use. Please reach out to Customer Service with any issues redeeming your points.
What if I don't check out, what happens to my points?
Points are only deducted from your balance once you complete the transaction. The Rewards Widget will keep track of all the coupon codes created which you can copy and paste back into your cart if you happen to leave the cart to make any adjustments.
Open the Rewards Widget, select "Your Rewards" and the list of created coupon codes will be available to use.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire after 24 months of account inactivity. If you do not make any purchases or engage with the store during this period, your points will no longer be valid.
I just made a purchase, and I don't see my earned points?
Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and shipped. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. If you have additional questions about points, please contact our customer support team at info@naplessoap.com.
Points & Perks for online orders officially began on September 19, 2022. Any online purchases made prior to this date will not be awarded points. Program last updated July 02, 2025.
