CBD Questions answered

What is CBD?

CBD is a hemp- derived compound studied for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties.

Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about using CBD products.

What is the difference in Topical vs. Ingested CBD?

Topical application immediately delivers CBD to the specific part of the body, localized to where the CBD product is placed. Ingested CBD produces the effects more slowly but is usually felt throughout your entire body.

Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about using CBD products.

What are the different CBD spectrums?

Isolate CBD is pure CBD. Full Spectrum CBD contains compounds found in the hemp plant, including less than 0.3% of THC. Broad Spectrum CBD contains the naturally occurring cannabinoids that remain, but THC is completely removed.

Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about using CBD products.

How many milligrams and in what form should I take CBD?

This is really a matter of preference. We recommend starting with a lower dosage and gradually increase over time if you continue to have the positive results you are expecting.

Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about using CBD products.

Will I pass a drug test while taking CBD?

Broad spectrum and isolate products do not contain THC and should not cause you to fail a drug test. While full spectrum products have less than 0.3% THC, we can’t guarantee you will pass a drug test.

Does CBD get me high?

“Getting high” is referred to an altered state of mind, often caused by intoxicating compounds, such as THC. Rest assured, CBD is a non-intoxicating compound

When taken orally, you will not "get high," but you may feel an overall sense of relaxation, which is normal and intended!

When used on the skin, CBD generally stays local to the area in which it is applied, and a very minimal amount may enter your bloodstream.
