Shipping & handling charges are based on the pre-tax merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions or promotional discounts. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or less will be assessed a $4.00 shipping & handling surcharge. Orders shipping to multiple addresses will be charged per address.

Delivery Estimates:

Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Please allow approximately 72-hours from receipt of order for shipment processing from our facilities and allow for given time parameters.

During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Based on your shipping address, Naples Soap Company will determine the most efficient method of delivery.

Shipping & Handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.

Shipping & handling is a taxable service.

Naples Soap Company does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Naples Soap Company. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Shipping to Canada:

Please be aware that items shipped from the United States into Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points. Overnight shipping is not available for shipments to Canada.

Shipping and handling fees will automatically be added to your total during Checkout. Shipping and handling fees include taxes, duties and brokerage fees (if applicable).

Returning an Item:

Here are the basic steps:

Returns to a Retail Store:

· Original Receipt or Invoice: A refund will be issued to the original form of payment for all unopened, unused items within 30 days from the time of purchase. Any opened, used items can be returned within 15 days from the time of purchase for store credit or exchange. For online orders, please follow our Returns by Mail instructions below. All applicable promotions, offers, free items and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.

· No Receipt or Invoice: An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item.

· Gift Receipt and Gift Invoice: An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt or gift invoice. Gift returns can only be made at stores.

In stores, a government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Naples Soap Company does not sell the information obtained through this process.

· All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

· All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
