Naples Soap Company Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our 100% Guarantee

At Naples Soap Company, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our Naples Soap Company stores or you may return items by mail – see policies and instructions below.

Returns to a Retail Store:

  • Original Receipt or Invoice: A refund will be issued to the original form of payment for all unopened, unused items within 30 days from the time of purchase. Any opened, used items can be returned within 15 days from the time of purchase for store credit or exchange. For online orders, please follow our Returns by Mail instructions below. All applicable promotions, offers, free items and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. 
  • No Receipt or Invoice: An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item.
  • Gift Receipt and Gift Invoice: An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt or gift invoice. Gift returns can only be made at stores.

In stores, a government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Naples Soap Company does not sell the information obtained through this process.

Returns by Mail in the United States:

  • Pack items safely for shipping and affix a shipping label to the address below:

  • All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

Exchange of an online purchase: We will gladly accept exchanges at Naples Soap Company in the United States only. All merchandise returned by mail will be credited to your original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
